Billing

If you want someone to do your billing that will actually be available to you, look no further! I have experience billing in Sessions Health and Simple Practice. I specialize in billing main codes 90791, 90837, 90834, 90832, 90839, 90846, and 90847. Add-on codes of 96127 and 99050, 90785. I also have experience billing secondary claims. I charge 5%.

Billing + Teaching

I will walk alongside you via video calls to complete the billing so you can learn as you go. I offer two options:

  • If you want to handle the billing from the beginning, try the flat fee option of $75/hour video call.

  • If you want to start off with me billing, try the percentage option of 5% of revenue that decreases the more the tasks transfer over to you and goes down to 3% right before you fully take over.

We can create an individualized plan so you can feel comfortable doing all the billing for your therapy practice!
